Better communications and low-cost travel has brought the world to our doorsteps. You can go nearly anywhere you want
to – today! What an incredible opportunity this gives the church to go out into the world and make disciples of all
nations! The planet just got smaller!
We’re passionate about affecting the world for Jesus and we’re starting to do that through our International Missions Programme.
We have recently completed a 4 year church planting project in Ukraine in partnership with Missions Agency Next Level International which helped see the establishment of 12 new churches. We sent out missions teams from Doncaster each year to support and encourage the Ukrainian believers and work alongside them to open doors into their communities and help reach people for Jesus!
In January 2008 we launched a similar 4 year project in South-East Romania. We’ll be working in the town of Harsova and are again sending out teams each year. Make sure you’re looking out for the opportunities God’s giving you to get involved in Eastern Europe.
We’re also looking to continue the good work that’s underway in the coastal town of Quelimane in Central Mozambique. Our links there with Oswaldo and Anne-Marie from the Quelimane Christian Fellowship are extremely precious to us as we look to invest into the needy continent of Africa. Again, look out for more information throughout the months ahead.
