Jennifer Rolls
Jen is our Youth Pastor and Leader of our Emerge Academy which is committed
to raising up Leaders and influencers from the next generation. Her team have a driving passion to unlock all the
raw potential inside our young people and count it a great honour to serve the Youth of our church and community.

Peter Rolls
Pete leads the 1835s young adults dept and co-leads our Worship, Discipleship, Academy and Life Group programmes.
You’ll often find him talking about Welsh rugby or Swansea City FC but the biggest passion that consumes him and
the young adults at ICCD is leading enthusiastic and influential lives in their local and global contexts.
Della Needham
Della heads up ICC’s Pastoral Ministries – the arm of the church that works toward building stronger individuals
through relationships and a helping hand. The leadership, warmth, and attention to detail that Della brings to
this position inspires excellence and sincerity throughout the church.
